Reference number: 20081542 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-07-21 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 The TENDER shall, in order to protect the PRINCIPAL against possible losses resulting from its refusal to enter into or perform the Contract in accordance with its Tender, provide a Tender Security representing at least FIVE PER CENT (5%) of the total amount of the Tender WITH taxes. Any Bid submitted shall remain valid for a period of FORTY-FIVE (45) days following the date and time set for the receipt of Bids. Description The Municipality of Saint-Come wishes to award a contract for the paving of approximately 9 km of streets and street entrances. Delivery schedule The work must be completed before October 15, 2025, but will be awarded subject to approval of the borrowing by-law by the Ministere.
