Description: The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Removal of existing lift station equipment and piping at the Chloe Lane Lift Station. This project includes the removal of existing lift station controls, precast wet well lid, valve vault stairs, wet well stairs, pumps, piping, fittings, valves, and all related appurtenances inside the wet well and valve vault. 2. Reuse existing wet well and valve vault structures. Install new pumps, piping, fittings, valves, and all appurtenances for the new station. 3. Furnish and install new controls and SCADA infrastructure for the Steeplechase Sanitary Lift Station, as noted in the contract documents. 4. Adjust the height of the sanitary manhole. 5. Perform minor repairs to the storm drop inlet structure. 6. Perform other miscellaneous and site improvements as detailed in the contract documents.
