Site work and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Neodesha, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a hospitality development; for site work for a hospitality development; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of removing the existing roof membrane and any insulation down to the wood decking. The scope includes replacing rotted decking, minor structural repairs, installinga new TPO roofing system with associated insulation and products. Contractor shall provide manufacture roofing warranty as specified and workmanship warranty. Masonry pointing and repairs on portions of the building. Removal of all hazardous materials and disposed of legally. The scope also includes a series of bid alternates; they may be accepted in no particular order. These include 3 new waterline taps (sprinkler, commercial and domes-tic) associated digging and street repairs. Two new sewer line taps, digging and associated street repairs. Restoration and reinstallation of the porch railing and associated structural repairs and new TPO Roofing system. Basement floor demolition and legal disposal. Hazardous material removal and legal disposal. Compact Disc (CD) Copies of Drawings and Specifications can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $250 from the Architect.
