**As of December 2nd, 2025, the project was awarded to Vance Brothers LLC with an awarded amount of $117,597.34.** Work consists of: The major items of work include highway improvements: 57 Tons of HMA-Commercial Grade (Class A)(Patching), 1038 Tons of Milling, 168 Square Yards of Granular Base (Patching), Cover Material and Emulsified Asphalt for Chip Seal, 6012 Lineal Feet of Pavement Marking (Multi-Component) (Yellow) (4"), Traffic Control, other appurtenances The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Engineer will promptly issue such written clarifications and interpretations of the Contract Documents as Engineer may deem necessary, which clarifications and interpretations will be consistent with the intent of, and reasonably inferable from, the Contract Documents Question Deadline 11/11/2025 Questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Owner. Interpretations or clarifications deemed necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the bid opening date may not be answered.
