New construction of a laboratory facility in North Riverside, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,660-square-foot, one-story above grade laboratory facility.

The work consists of construction an approximately 5,460 SF conditioning office/lab building that connects to the existing lab (D0463) via a corridor. The scope of work provides for the construction of a heated drive-through equipment storage building, with wash bay, approximately 19,200 SF. Work will include drawings for equipment and wash bays, oil/water separator, and may include upgrading incoming electrical freed to the yard. The work also includes construction of an above-ground diesel fueling station with separate pump for diesel exhaust fluid.
