New Fuel Storage System It is the intent of these specifications to describe a new fuel storage system installed in sufficient detail to secure bids on comparable fuel storage equipment. This new fuel storage system will replace the existing system located in the Custer County Highway Departments yard, west of Broken Bow Nebraska. The Custer County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive any irregularities in specifications or bids and will consider specifications submitted by bidders that vary from the specifications listed below on an individual basis. All parts not specifically mentioned which are necessary to provide a complete fuel storage system shall be included in the bid and shall conform in strength and quality of material and workmanship to what is provided by the industry. The fuel storage system shall be of current production standards. The bidder warrants that they have visited the existing fuel storage system site location and are completely familiar with the layout of the existing and new fuel storage systems. The successful bidder must coordinate the installation of the new fuel storage system so that the County can obtain a temporary fuel storage & distribution system during the installation of the new system. The bidder must identify any deviations from these minimum specifications. 1) One 19,500 gallon (min.) Double walled above ground fuel tank for diesel storage. Includes spoke inspection ring, fill line, overfill protection valve, fill box, Leak gauge, and tank level gauge 2) One 6,000 gallon (min.) Double walled above ground tank for gas storage. Includes Spoke inspection ring, fill line, overfill protection valve, fill box, leak gauge, and tank level gauge 3) All Steel piping, valves, & fittings necessary for a complete system 4) Two (2) Red Jacket submersible pumps One (1) 2hp with relay control box & one (1) 4hp with magnetic starter 5) One (1) Gasboy Site Prime UX Includes 2-hose mechanical interface, standard pedestal base, & (50) mifare tags 6) Two (2) Gasboy Atlas X fuel dispensers with single sided Prime terminals. (1) 9853GXTW1: 1-Product, front load, 2-hose, standard flow dispenser (gas) (1) 9850GXTW1: 1-product, front load, 2-hose, hi-flow dispenser (diesel) 7) One (1) Veeder-Root TLS-4 automatic tank gauge Includes color touch screen display, external printer, (1) SS Mag Plus probe, Probe float kit, (1) probe installation kit, (1) Mag-Flex probe (16.5'-19.6'), Mag-Flex installation kit, & wireless hardware. 8) One (1) TCS 700 series 2" NPT hi-flow meter (150 gpm) Includes Veeder-Root register, 10:1 pulser, air eliminator/strainer, & spring check 9) Electrical Mobilization includes all electrical labor & materials to complete all electrical work necessary 10) Removal & disposal of existing tanks, existing dispensers, & all existing materials removed to complete this project 11) If needed, reconfigure/extend the existing concrete containment system Including rebuilding the existing concrete saddles and floor as needed 12) Provide all equipment and permitting necessary to complete the project
