The Work to be done under this Contract and in accordance with these Specifications and Drawings consists of furnishing of plant equipment, superintendents, labor, skill, material and all other items necessary for the construction of the Permanent Packed Tower Aeration Systems and miscellaneous improvements at the Duck Pond Road Station for the City of Glen Cove. The Contractors shall perform all Work required for such construction in accordance with the Contract Documents and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract, complete and ready for use.
