Repair wall, jamb & door finishes JCN:808173 Scope: Patch, repair and re-paint interior walls, doors and frames marred by use, movement of equipment and materials and general wear included in the limits of work. This includes the common areas, i.e., corridors, conference rooms, break rooms. This work will include Technical /Operations wing bldg. 400, ops Support wing bldg. 400. Administrative Wing bldg. 400. Repairs to drywall, priming, and painting are included and removal and replace of all covebase. Contractor to provide dust and noise control barriers as needed. Demolition, disposal, and final cleanup included. This work will include replacing all cove base to match existing in kind in specified areas. Repaint exterior Walls Zan ARTCC JCN: 24016852 Scope of work: RE-Paint exterior of ZAN BLDG 400, Tech Ops Wing as shown on the attached site plan page 66. This work includes to Remove/sandblast old paint down to clean substrate, minor patch and point up masonry units as needed to obtain smooth finish. Remove the old exterior flashing sealant and re-seal flashing after painting is completed. Repair any damaged cement board under flashing re-secure, re-paint accordingly to the specifications. Prep, prime R-paint the exterior overhang awning and utility Bay underside canopy and facia per specifications. All actual square feet must be verified by the contractor. This will be an IIJA funded, interior and exterior paint project for the ZAN ARTCC facility, Federal Aviation Administration in Anchorage, AK. Project #1: Repair and paint indoor wall finishes JCN: 808173 (45 Day Required Completion after NTP) in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW) Project #2: Sand blast and repaint exterior facade JCN: 24016852 (45 Day Required Completion after NTP) in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW) All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award.
