IMPORTANT NOTICES Attention: The Company has revised its contractual documents to comply with the amendments to the Regulation respecting construction contracts awarded by public bodies, which came into force on 20 March 2025. We invite you to read all the contractual documentation carefully to take note of the changes made. The work required under this invitation to tender must be fully completed within 77 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (e.g. construction holidays) and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date stipulated in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company. The probable start date is between 1 October and 1 November 2025. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is transmitted on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, an irrevocable letter of guarantee, a certified cheque, a money order or a draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee" of the Instructions to Tenderers.
