Wastewater Treatment Plant Equalization Basin Improvements Design Question Deadline 07/25/2025 at 3:00 PM ET The consultant will provide a complete Design of the major tasks listed below and following information provided in the attached Basis for Design Report. The Basis for Design Report shall be a guide to further evaluate the options provided and to ultimately choose a final design path forward. with special emphasis on civil, mechanical, electrical and architectural details as well as consideration of the standards established by the Great Lakes - Upper Mississippi River Board's "Recommended Standards for Wastewater Facilities" (10 States Standard) as well as other applicable regulations and codes. The consultant will establish a final design based on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, risk to the environment, feasibility, and input from stakeholders. The Design include the following minimum task: This contract shall commence upon final execution of the contract document. Notice to Proceed will be issued by the Project Manager. The work is expected to be completed within twohundred(200) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Annual Aspirational Goals for MWBE participation - Construction -- 41% Architecture and Engineering - 40% Professional Services - 32% Other Services - 29% Goods and Services - 16%
