Renovation of a multi-residential development in Edmonton, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This project involves the inspection, drawings, and permit application and installation of the diesel generator tank in the parkade of SIr Douglas Bader Towers apartment building located at 11110 86 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta. This diesel generator tank is required to be replaced as per a 2024 inspection by a City of Edmonton Fire Prevention Officer (FPO). Removal and disposal of the old fuel tank will also be required as part of this project. The tank currently installed does not have a placard listing the ULC standard to which it was built. Any tank installed under the Fire Code, dating back to the early fire codes in 1970, has been required to be built to a compliant standard as listed in the fire code.
