Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Munford, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

City of Munford will be soliciting bids for Wastewater Treatment Expansion Tri-Cities. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of City of Munford. Bids must be submitted with envelope label (provided in the bid documents) affixed to the front of the envelope. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
