Downtown Resurfacing - Phase 1 - W. Orange Street The project consists of pavement grinding and overlays at the locationslisted previously. It also consists of adjusting utility castings, pavement markings, radar vehicle detection systems, and curb ramp replacement. This includes pavement mill, chip seal, and resurfacing of W. Orange Street/Chagrin Boulevard from Bentleyville Road to North Main Street. Location- The project is located W. Orange Street [Chagrin Boulevard] from and including the intersections of Bentleyville Road to N. Main Street in the Village of Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Completion Date: October 31, 2025 NON-BINDING COST OPINIONS FOR REFERENCE ONLY: $420,000.00 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive as an informality any and all irregularities, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the amount bid, an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the amount bid or an original bond in the amount of 100% of the amount bid per O.R.C.
