The City of Bradenton is seeking proposals to provide services of a Contractor to repair and/or replace existing concrete curb, sidewalks, driveways, slope pads, and concrete pads along selected roads or City property, within City of Bradenton on an as needed basis. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor and operations necessary to complete the work. Bid Pricing - Bidders shall bid square foot prices. The prices bid shall include costs for removal of all items, equipment, labor, transportation, delivery, construction equipment, machinery, tools, and incidentals necessary for completion of the work. Subcontracting, Subletting and/or Assignment - The Contractor shall not subcontract, sublet or otherwise assign more than forty-nine percent (49%) of the Contract value. The license(s) required to perform these services for this project are one of the following: Florida Licensed General Contractor, Florida Licensed Utility Contractor Bidder must provide a minimum of three (3) references demonstrating experience providing Concrete Repair and Replacement Services within the last five (5) years.. Only references submitted at the time of bid submittal will be used to verify qualifications have been met. Question Deadline 07/17/2025 at 2:30 PM ET Response Submission Deadline: July 30, 2025, 2:30pm It is the intent of the City to award contract(s) to the responsive and responsible Bidder submitting the lowest Total Bid Price provided the bid is reasonable and in the best interest of the City to accept. The City reserves the right to make, at any time prior to or during the progress of the work, increases or decreases in the quantities of work as may be found necessary or desirable by the City. Compensation for changes in quantities shall be at the rates for the specific item of work with no additional charges allowed for the change in quantity. All rates for services of work in the original contract shall be considered all-inclusive of expenses necessary to accomplish the work regardless of the unit pricing.
