**As of August 7th, 2025, the project was awarded to JDH Company, but the awarded amount is not available.** Hamilton County Schools (HCS) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor to provide re-roofing services to Snow Hill Elementary School. Proposers must submit and mark an "original" bid, one "copy", and one "USB Flash Drive" in one (1) sealed envelope. The Contract Period is expected to begin August 21, 2025, or soon thereafter. Perform the Work in 210 calendar days. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed dollar amount (including applicable Alternates) must be submitted with the bid.For any construction Project Total that is equal to or exceeds $100,000.00, Vendor shall provide a Performance & Payment Bond meeting the HCS requirements for 100% of the Project Total from a surety company authorized to do business in the state of Tennessee or other form satisfactory to HCS. The Hamilton County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the low bidder. The right is reserved to reduce or increase the quantity of any item; and to award contract by item number, or group of items. Price, quality, and suitability will be considered in awarding bids.
