The Work will require regulated waste abatement, building demolition, footing and foundation removal, tank removals, utility abandonment and removal, elevator abandonment, well abandonment, backfilling building depression, and Site stabilization. The Site consists of approximately 39 acres. The existing buildings include Building J (approximately 335,000 square feet) and a one-story generator building (approximately 2,200 square feet).
