The services are required for the buildings listed in the price schedule. Following the tendering process, only one supplier will be qualified and awarded the contract, subject to meeting the selection criteria set out in this document. The award is made in aggregate and not by building. The contract will run from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2028 (2 years) with three (3) one-year options.
