Site work for a civil project in Ridgely, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be bid on is as follows: Installation of 954 LF of 8" gravity sewer line, 62 LF of 1.25" sewer force main, and sewer lift station with a 2 HP grinder pump. The allotted time for construction is 180 calendar days. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering into the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the Town of Ridgely. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 08/22/2025 Deadline for Interpretations and Questions: Five (5) days before Bid date. Questions from Bidders must be directed to the Engineer.
