The Town of Oxford acting through its Town Manager's Office is requesting sealed bids for Treated Sodium Chloride Road Salt for FY2026 starting July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. All bids must be submitted on the Bid Form furnished by the Town. The Treated Sodium Chloride Road Salt bid shall be for providing pre-treated salt to the Town of Oxford road salt cooperative (consortium) municipal members. Bidders are required to submit bids on the Bid Forms provided. All bids for this contract are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts including but not limited to M.G.L. c30B 5. No bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days (Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded) after the date of opening thereof. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids received, and to award the contract to any of the Contractors bidding on the work if it is in the best interest of the Town and any of its cooperative members to do so. The Town of Oxford is an affirmative action/equal opportunity owner/purchaser.
