Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middletown, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project involves Sitework including all bulk grading and earth moving. Installation of underground site utilities. Preparation of site for future buildings. Parking and drive lanes. Curbs and sidewalks. Preparation of subgrade for athletics fields and courts. Athletics field & court construction to be bid as a future package. Bidders shall provide earthwork volumes as utilized in their bid. Quantities provided will be used as a basis for bid analysis to evaluate if the bid is complete with respect to the quantities required to complete a full scope of work as evaluated by the EOR. Quantities outside 10% +/- the EORs analysis may qualify as not responsible. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement, with not less than two calendar days notice by certified delivery, facsimile machine or other electronic means to those bidders receiving plans. PRE-QUALIFICATION IS A PREREQUISITE TO BID THIS PROJECT.
