Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project is Referred to as "staplehurst Southwest, C-80(510)" and Shall Include All Labor, Materials, Transportation and Equipment Required for the Construction of a Three Span 91'-8 1/2 " Concrete Deck Slab Bridge on a 15-degree Skew (Rhb) With a 28' Clear Roadway, Channel Shaping, Roadway Grading, Culver Installation and Other Related Incidental Work. The Project is Located on Raymond Road Between 350th Road and 364th Road, in Seward County, Nebraska. Documents Notes : . All Bid Proposals Must Be Submitted on the Forms Furnished With the Bid Documents. Bid Notes : The Sealed Bids May Be Mailed or Delivered to the Seward County Clerk, Seward County Courthouse, Justice Center, P.o. Box 37, 529 Seward St., Room 205, Seward, Ne 68434 and Should Be Plainly Marked as, "construction Bid Proposal - Staplehurst Southwest, C-80(510)" Along With Its Bid Proposal, Each Bidder Shall Submit an Unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Payable to the County Treasurer of Seward County, Nebraska, in an Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, Each Bidder is to Include an Estimated Time of Beginning and Completion for the Bridge With Its Bid Proposal. The Desired Completion Date is June 1, 2026. The Successful Bidder (I.e. Contractor) Will Be Allowed One Hundred and Twenty (120) Calendar Days for Completion After Beginning Work at the Site. Additional Days Due to Weather May Be Granted at the Discretion of the Engineer. Within Ten (10) Days Following the Award of the Contract, the Successful Bidder Shall Furnish a Surety Bond or Bonds in an Amount Equal to or Greater Than the Full Amount of the Contract. The Surety and Form of the Bonds Are Subject to Acceptance by the Seward County Board of Commissioners. The Seward County Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Any Irregularities in Bids Received. Award of the Contract Will Be in Accordance With the County Purchasing Act's Competitive Bidding Considerations as Set Forth in Neb.rev.stat. 23-3110 to 23-3114.
