Supply all labour, material and equipment to grade and slope grounds with Class A as needed to prepare for the installation of 50mm of hot asphalt over the parking lot and access roads to and around school. See sketch (NLSCHOOLS-25-138 Drawing Acreman Elementary Parking Lot.pdf). b. Total area of new asphalt to be approximately 3440 Square Meters (37,000 sq/ft). c. Supply, place and compact Class A and asphalt to ensure drainage and slope away from the school in all areas. Ensure crown on laneways from main highway to parking lot of school. d. Supply and place 50mm compacted hot asphalt over entire areas as per notes on drawing. Including all entrances to school, walkways into the basketball court. Playground and exterior classroom on the north end of school. e. All work shall be completed as per all NL Master Specifications, in Particular Section 32.12.16.02 Asphalt Paving for Building Sites. f. A site visit is recommended to confirm site conditions and scope of work. g. Note: South east corner of school, finish grade in area shall be approximately 100mm (4") below elevation of siding. Ground in this area will need to be built up by approximately 250mm (10").
