Site work for a municipal facility in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a 260,800-square-foot municipal facility.
Scope of work is indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. It includes Construction of new bronze metal railings to match the existing railings at the Legislative Building. Railings to be mounted to existing granite stone steps and landings installed over existing waterproofing over existing snowmelt system. Contractor to verify location and depth of railing installation to prevent damage to existing systems.
