This FRFQ is for the purchase of audio-visual equipment and installation services at the Lone Star College - Tomball, Health Science Building, Rooms 302 and 303. This FRFQ is issued to the LSCS Board approved vendor pool for audio/visual equipment/installation/maintenance services only (BAI 02.01.2024, A.I. 5). The Lone Star College System will be accepting quotes on a continual basis from the issue date of the FRFQ until it is opened at 3:00PM on July 16, 2025. LSCS reserves the right to remove rooms from a project based on total funding available. The selected vendor will provide detailed project management for the duration of the project. The project must be completed and signed off on by August 31, 2025. The work to be completed will be limited to the room's availability. Evening and weekend hours may be necessary to complete the project on time Two rooms that combine at Lone Star College - Tomball Health Science Building have failed. The system retains some function but does not combine, the control panels do not work correctly, and the cabling is damaged. There is also an issue with the audio in the room on the HS 302 side. If core components need to be replaced that would cause us to upgrade parts of the space, please let us know and provide us a separate quote for that HS 303 cabling in floor box is damaged due to cart running it over Audio is not being played from the combiner on the HS 302 side but does play when played directly from the AV switcher HS 302 TCx9 does not respond well to touch inputs anymore, if at all HS 303 TCx9 does not seem to be programmed correctly anymore Both sides use a TEKVOX 1201-HD switcher and HS 302 has the combiner TEKVOX MHD44TP The rooms are not, currently, distance learning capable
