Upgrades and repairs to the sewer system and pumping stations in the Harwood - De Lotbinière sector in accordance with the Harwood - De Lotbinière Special Urban Planning Program (PPU) - Phase 1. The scope of work also includes related pipeline repairs and associated road improvement and paving work. TIMELINE: The owner expects to implement the project by construction packages. Working drawings of the first construction package are underway. A tender for this phase contractor is anticipated in late spring/summer 2026. Construction of the second package will be completed in 2027-2028. Note. Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 36.
