The City of Irving (City) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors with experience in Alarm Management Services. Vendors must demonstrate extensive experience in the design, development, testing, training, conversion, implementation, and operation of large-scale alarm data and permit processing systems. This experience is vital for the overall success of enforcing the City Alarm Ordinance regarding alarm tracking, permitting, and billing. Question Cut Off Date 7/11/2025 12:00:00 PM (CT) Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The initial contract term will begin from the date of its award and run for a one-year period, ending on the last day of the month immediately preceding the month of the award. The contract is subject to two (2) renewals with each renewal being for a two-year period and under the same terms and conditions as awarded.
