Reference Number 0000392181 Bid Intent Not Available The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit bids relating to the purchase of cattle pens, mats, turf, and fencing to be used with existing items for Denver's National Western Stock Show. Question Deadline 07/15/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Therefore, any questions regarding this IFB are encouraged and should be submitted in writing by email to: City Procurement Analyst: Elizabeth Hewes E Mail: elizabeth.hewes@denvergov.org Questions received up to deadline to submit question in the Schedule of Events will be answered in writing per the Schedule of Events. Answers to questions from any Vendor will be provided to all Vendors. Vendors should visit the site and familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposed prices. Submission of a bid will be prima facie evidence that the vendor did, in fact, make a site inspection and is aware of all conditions affecting performance and proposed prices. The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel this IFB, or reject all bids, if determined to be in the best interest of the City
