The design-build contractor must provide all necessary surveying, planning, drawings, design, testing, permitting, inspections, etc. services necessary for the completion of the work. See the attached site plans in Bonfire. 2.2 The design-build contractor must remove existing turf and track surfacing material. 2.3 The design-build contractor shall prepare, patch, repair, add to, level, etc. existing underlayment material (stone, asphalt, etc.) as necessary clean, and remove any silt, dirt, and debris.
