Renovation of a fire / police facility in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidental services necessary to perform all Work. All construction work shall be in compliance with the accompanying drawings, specifications and other contract documents. Division of the Work among Subcontractors, suppliers or vendors is solely the Contractor's responsibility. Neither the Project Manager/Agency nor Consultant assumes any responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract terms between sectors or disciplines of work. For detailed Scope of Work refer to all drawings in conjunction with specifications and other contract documents. High level scope of work is as follows: - Main Roof Replacement (Roof 100) - Canopy Over Car Wash Bay Roof Replacement (Roof 200). - Canopy Over Exterior Space Roof Replacement (Roof 201). - Miscellaneous Repairs.
