The City of Marysville is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for tank cleaning services that shall include, but not limited to, work related to cleaning out rags, grit, sand, silt, and sludge from tanks and compartments located at the Marysville Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). TIME OF COMPLETION The supplier must be available within 60 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, to accept the bid or part it deems most favorable to the City after the Bids have been examined and checked, and subject to the approval of the City Manager. No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after being publicly opened and read.
