Renovation of a municipal facility in Rapidan, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 22, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** New 18' Kitchen Exhaust Hood with make-up air unit & associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing work under one contract. The Scope of Work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment, for the completed construction and installation of this work. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following tasks: New 18' Kitchen Exhaust Hood with make-up air unit & associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing work under one contract. Project located at 9432 James Madison Highway, Rapidan, VA 22733 Bids shall be accompanied by either a cashier's check or certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid amount made payable to the County of Culpeper. Bonds shall be with a surety company acceptable to the County. A performance bond and a labor and material payment bond will NOT be required. The Contractor must have a current Class "A" contractor's License. Any questions pertaining to the Scope of Work, or other solicitation documents must be received in writing by the Culpeper County Purchasing Office, before 10:00 A.M. on October 7, 2025, to: Culpeper County Purchasing Department Attn: Alan H.
