The project involves the complete replacement of existing roofing systems and renovation of associated rooftop structures across 15 residential buildings within the Patterson Houses development. The work consists of but not limited to remove exciting roofing materials, install new railings, insulation and membrane, replace flashing, copping and sealants in accordance with project specifications.
