Mosier J103 Renovation Question Deadline 07/22/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All questions related to this Request for Quotation, or the interpretation of drawings, specifications, etc., must be submitted through the Kansas State University Bid Portal The University is accepting Quotations for the renovation of Mosier suite J103. The project includes new partition walls to create separate rooms and includes the renovation and upgrade of finishes, lighting, fire protection, and HVAC air outlets. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be awarded as a single contract for "Project as a Whole". Performance and public works bonds required. This opportunity is open to contractors currently holding a Kansas State University "On-Call General Construction" contract.
