Solid Waste Disposal and Recycling for Northfield Center Township Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, signed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or by a certified check on a solvent bank as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance of it properly secured. If such proposal is accepted, the bidder will, within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance, enter into a contract and properly secure the performance thereof by a bond of an acceptable surety company in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to cover the performance of the contract. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to analyze such bids prior to awarding any contract.
