**As of August 21st, 2025, the project was awarded to ESF Solutions, with an awarded amount of $368,323.76.** Work includes demolition of the current office structure and the reconstruction of the office building in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contractor is subject to all requirements related to Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws, etcetera. The Contract time for all work shall be 120 working days. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
