During construction, remove debris as it is generated. Avoid accumulating debris. On completion, all excess building material shall be removed from the site. Rake the site clean of construction debris. 2. The homeowner shall be responsible for removing and packing away all breakable items and wall hangings during construction. Home owner to be present and aid contractor in moving large furniture. The contractor shall cover furniture in work areas. The homeowner shall be responsible for covering other areas of the house as she/he feels necessary. 3. Cover floors in traffic and work areas with visqueen, drop cloths or other protection. This project involves the replacement of kitchen cabinets and countertops using the existing footprint, including installation of a new sink and faucet, plumbing connections, and painting of the kitchen. All materials and finishes will be selected by the lhomeowner.
