Site work and paving for a civil project in Northfield, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work tasks will generally involve ledge removal, road ditching, and full depth road rebuilt in the 1500 foot section. In addition, the project will include the placement of stone along a 200 foot section of the river and the repaving of the asphalt on the Route 12 A end of the road. Work hours will be agreed upon by the Town and contractor prior to construction. All disturbed areas shall be returned to pre-construction conditions, including repairs of the road surface, seeding and mulching all disturbed areas. Disturbance shall be minimized during construction. Construction is planned for between August 1, 2025, and November 1, 2025. All work must be completed by November 1, 2025.
