Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kasabonika, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Successful Tenderer shall commence the Work within 10 working days after receipt of the Letter of Intent from the City and shall complete the Work by the September 28, 2025 Surface treatment and Class II aggregate chip application on various roads within the City of Kenora. The performance Bond shall guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract, and in default thereof, shall protect the City against any losses or damage arising by reason of failure of the Successful Tenderer to faithfully perform the Contract. Each of the Bonds are to be issued by a Surety Company licensed in the Province of Ontario and satisfactory to the City in the amount of 50% of the contract price.
