Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the supply of snow clearing and related services at various Manitoba Hydro Winnipeg locations. Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
