The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of replacement of the existing vertical turbine pumps, controls, electrical panel and the installation of a new backup generator for the Town of Alexandria, TN. The construction and installation shall include all materials, labor, equipment, controls, appurtenances, and all other items necessary to complete the work. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. The Town of Alexandria reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids, to evaluate bids and to accept any bid which, in the Owner's opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner. No contract is given or implied to the successful Bidder until the project is fully funded and a written contract is offered by the Town of Alexandria and signed by all parties.
