India Adams-Jacobs, Town Manager townmanager@townofbowlinggreenva.gov Overhead door at fire station is currently inoperable. Independent contractor found the barrel shaft was broken. Barrel needs replaced and the overhead door put back together and tested for proper operations. A scissor lift will be necessary for repairs. Bay door is 16-0 wide x 12-0 high. If the estimate to replace just the barrel is more than just getting a whole new door setup, contractor shall move forward with full replacement of door.
