Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
10 Pump Variable Frequency Drive Replacement - Dallas VAMC Provide and replace Chilled Water Pumps VFDs (Variable Frequency Drive) units used on BLDG 1 (Pump 4), BLDG 2 (Pump 1), BLDG 2 (Pump 2), BLDG 60 (Pump 6), BLDG 2J (Pumps 6/7/8), Backup Pump #5, and two Heating Water Pumps (1 and 2) in BLDG 2J. The current Cutler-Hammer HV9000 is obsolete. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with providing, removing, and replacing the equipment. All questions shall be received by Thursday, July 25, 2025, at 09:00 am CST. All questions submitted for this solicitation shall be electronically sent to the following email addresses: shawn.reinhart@va.gov. Please title email with Solicitation Number, Questions. Questions shall clearly identify which part of the solicitation. Questions received after the stated date and time, may be addressed at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Answers to questions will be addressed via an amendment to the solicitation and posted Dallas VAMC, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 (BLDG 2J/North Main Mechanical Room and Pump Room located in Utility Tunnel between BLDG 2J and Energy Center.
