The intent of this bid is to establish a contract between the School Board and one vendor for the purchase and installation of a bleacher seating system at Gulf High School. The objective is to replace the existing bleacher seating system and keep the building safe. Work to be performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide the replacement bleacher seating system. The deadline for questions concerning this bidThe work will consist of the installation of new bleacher system over the footprint of the previous bleacher seating system. Work performed MUST follow the following safety regulations. Safety shall always be a prime concern of the awarded vendor, whose responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Install new bleacher seating system. o The awarded vendor: o MUST be a licensed contractor through the State of Florida. o MUST provide a physical and digital manual of new bleacher seating system. o MUST provide Professional Engineer signed and stamped drawings and submit to the District's Building Official, Charles Hammond. o Will be responsible for obtaining permits through the District's Construction Services Department. o Will be responsible for coordinating electrical inspections through the District's Construction Services Department. o Will be responsible for coordinating the final inspection with the District's Building Official, Charles Hammond.
