As of December 3, 2025, construction has not started. Construction is anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2026. This project has already went out to bid. The work consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor required to renovate existing terminal areas to include container stacks and reefer racks. Renovation will consist of installation of 100+ acres of pavement, drainage, utilities, high mast lighting, pavement markings and other ancillary items as required to complete the work. The project is located at the Ocean Terminal, in Savannah, Georgia.
