The Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Forest Preserve") seeks qualified and experienced firms ("Contractor(s)") to provide forestry services for the removal and pruning of potentially hazardous trees throughout the Forest Preserves as more fully described on Attachment 1 for the District. The services contemplated in this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") are professional in nature. If qualified, firms subsequently may be invited to submit proposals or bids for individual projects, on an as needed basis, during the term that the contract is in effect. These services may be requested as a work order to the subject contract on an asneeded basis. All costs incurred by any submitting party in preparing and transmitting a response to this request are solely the responsibility of the submitting party. Question Deadline 07/23/2025 The Contract Compliance Administrator for the Forest Preserve has set a participation goal of 1 0 % for this RFQ. Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises. The District has established an ordinance to ensure the full and equitable participation of Minority- and Women-Owned Business in Enterprises ("MBE/WBEs") in the District's procurement process.
