Midwest Boulevard at 8161 S. Midwest Boulevard and is divided into two areas: 19 acres for the Main Training Area and 13 acres for the Training Village, Reality Based Training Facility, Running Track and Obstacle Course, and Driver Training Building. The Project will be completed in multiple phases. The Initial Phase includes the construction of the Main Training Building, along with the associated site improvements required to support the Training Center. The Main Training Building will serve as the primary administration and classroom location; it is an approximately 96,840 gross square foot single-story building. The Proposed Future Phase(s) includes the approximately 83,665 gross square feet construction of various Training Village buildings, the Reality Based Training Facility, Running Track and Obstacle Course, and Driver Training Building.
