Site work for a road / highway in Southlake, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project consists of 400 linear feet of hardscape, landscape, and irrigation only within existing parkway ROW areas, along SH 114 from North of W. Dove Rd to W. Dove Rd. the purpose of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and the performing of all work required for the construction of SH 114 LANDSCAPE ENHANCEMENT and other improvements incidental thereto, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained by the City for tabulation, checking, and evaluation. The total Contract working days will last 42 days. A pre-bid conference will NOT be held for this project. The City reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any bids submitted and to waive any technicalities or formalities that are in the best interest of the City. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after date on which bid is opened.
