Description: Grading, drainage, paving, sidewalk, pavement marking, landscaping and electrical work to expand the existing short term parking lot. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum of no less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum. Refer to other bidding requirements on page 24 in this document.
