Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of September 10, 2025, the project was awarded to HAMILTON AND DAD, with an awarded amount of $1,598,451.15.** Springfield-Branson National Airport Short Term Parking Lot Project. Description: Grading, drainage, paving, sidewalk, pavement marking, landscaping and electrical work to expand the existing short term parking lot. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum of no less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum. Refer to other bidding requirements on page 24 in this document. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 90 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. "All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri, Sec 290.210 et seq., R.S. Mo., as amended by the Division of Labor Standards, State of Missouri and regulations promulgated by the Division of Labor. For any contract for services greater than $5,000, the successful bidder shall comply with 285.530, RSMo, as amended, and (1) provide by sworn affidavit affirmation that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien and (2) provide documentation affirming its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with this contract. The required documentation affirming enrollment must be from the federal work authorization program provider. A letter from the respondent reciting compliance is not sufficient. All bids should include the signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and the electronic signature page from the E-Verify program. A letter from the Contractor reciting compliance is not sufficient."
