It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price, Construction Type Contract for a project at the UNICOR Factory located at the Federal Correctional Institution - Cumberland, as outlined in the Statement of Work. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business.
