The County of Orange ("County") is seeking bids from qualified bidders for its installation of New York State Department of Transportation ("DOT") breakaway poles mount kits (Item No. 422072 Pole and Mount kits) and 115 solar powered License Plate Readers (item no. 140718 Street Sentry Purchase-North) to be installed thereon, and 10 hard wired License Plate Readers, to be installed on telephone/utility poles, gantries AND/OR bridges AND/OR overpasses, as well as accompanying equipment necessary for the installation. LPR equipment procured from the New York State Office of General Services through Leonardo US Cyber and Security Solutions, LLC ("Leonardo").
